Well, tomorrow is the day of days for the country. Donald J. Trump will officially become our next President and all hell is going to break loose. The question is; Why? For over two hundred years the United States has shown the world that it is possible for a government to have a smooth transition and continue on to solve the problems as they come up. A lot of problems to be sure, and frankly problems that the government for the most part creates itself, but never the less a smooth transition.
Already we have seen a great many people announce that they are going to protest Trump's inauguration, and there is a very real possibility that there may be violence. If that happens then Obama has truly turned us into a third world nation. Trump's call to "Make America Great Again" takes on a whole new meaning.
We as a nation, for over two hundred years have stood before the world and shown it that as Republic and a Democracy freedom can and does work. I'm not saying that as a nation we are perfect, we're not. What I am saying is that as a nation we have represented freedom of the likes no other country has ever experienced. We can say what we please without fear of being arrested, we have the ability to own guns and protect ourselves, our families, our property, and our lives. We can even own property. No other country in the world allows a single individual to actually own property. They can lease it from the government, but in actuality they do not own it. I don't give a shit about what the conspiracy nuts say about the government putting our lands up for collateral to china or shit like that. What I know is that I can get up in the morning and have my coffee without fear of some one breaking down my door and hauling me off into the pit and blowing my brains out.
Now we have nuts and screwballs standing up and protesting, threatening to disrupt the inaugural parade by blocking the streets and the possibility of violence taking place during Trump's inauguration. Come on you cry babies. Trump won, I get that you don't like him. When Obama won I didn't like it, but you didn't see me or others causing riots in the street or pulling the kind of crap that your pulling. Get over it and move on. If the Donald screws the pooch then impeach him. Other wise get your collective shit together and start to act like Americans. The Electoral College says the American people elected him to become the President of this nation, get use to it. Get on with your lives and stop acting like a bunch of babies. This country is a great place to live. Quit trying to degrade it and make it like a nation dependent upon the United Nations for food, clothing, and shelter.
We are not a nation of crazies. We are nation of free peoples who have the right and ability to live our lives freely and the way we wish. It's time we come together and make our government better. It's also time to stand as one and show the world that we are great and perhaps the greatest nation in the history of man, far exceeding that of the Roman Empire, who's only goal was that of conquest.
Quit being children, and quit throwing fits, its not becoming of you. You as Americans are better than that.
